Our Story:

RealHR was founded in 2005 by three employment attorneys to meet the growing HR needs of organizations that did not have the tools or resources to provide fully functioning HR departments. Since then, RealHR has continued to grow, shifting leadership and bringing on a new partner, refining our services, hiring a team of HR professionals and an HR Operations Manager, and firmly establishing ourselves as a go-to consultancy for delivering reliable and relationship-driven outsourced HR services.
