RealHR was founded in 2005 by three employment attorneys to meet the growing HR needs of organizations that did not have the tools or resources to provide full-service HR departments. Since then, we have made changes in leadership, refined our services, and built a team of expert and best-in-class HR Consultants and business operations infrastructure and support.
We have established ourselves as the go-to consultancy for delivering consistent, reliable, and relationship-driven HR services. RealHR is committed to continuous improvement for ourselves and our clients in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
